Our History
The company was founded in 1981 by Marek Lipiecki, who laid its foundations on integrity, hard work and a strong commitment to quality. Through his dedication and consistency, the business continued to grow, earning the trust of customers over the years.
Over the following decades, the company steadily strengthened its market position, expanded its product range and responded to the changing needs of its customers. Sustainable growth and a commitment to proven values have made AGD Lipiecki synonymous with reliability and trustworthiness.
In 2021, leadership of the company passed to the founder’s eldest son, Daniel Lipiecki, who continues the family tradition while introducing a modern approach to management and business development. This represents the natural continuation of a multi-generational story, combining experience with fresh energy and a clear vision for the future.
